Regional Sales Manager - Campus
Main purpose of the job:
Campus Sales Head with a strong track record in ideally outdoor lighting industry, ideally experienced in selling to local and national contractors, consultants, and wholesalers.
Knowledge of external lighting products - including columns, lanterns, and associated accessories.
A high level of dedication, teamwork, and willingness to learn is essential.
Main responsibilities within the job (non-exhaustive list):
- Regularly liaise with both prospective and existing customers.
- Develop strong, profitable, and long-term customer relationships to maximise awareness and sales of our product portfolio.
- Work across a wide range of project types.
- Act as an effective communicator with senior decision-makers, contractors, and technical partners.
- Maintain a strong customer focus, building trust and credibility.
- Demonstrate a results oriented, conscientious approach to sales.
- Perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge, skills & abilities
Education: MSC degree, preferable in electric engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field.
Experience: At least 5 – 10 years (more than 10 years for a level 3) of relevant Sales experience and 2-3 years manager experience as a leader of a mid-size team with multiply roles in similar fields (eg. Sales) Proven record of successful deals closed
