Role Overview

We’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead and elevate our end-to-end quality operations across the UK and FE regions. You will manage and develop quality teams, drive ISO and regulatory compliance, strengthen supplier and customer relationships, and oversee inspection, auditing, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and manage UK and FE Quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with NQA / ISO Quality Management Plans.
• Oversee supplier audits, inspection and testing regimes.
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions and defect processes.
• Ensure compliance with WEEE, RoHS and regulatory standards.
• Chair quality management meetings and risk reviews.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Quality role.
• 5+ years auditing experience.
• Lighting, Retail or Consumer Products experience preferred.
• ISO14001 / ISO45001 desirable.
• NEBOSH Diploma / Certificate desirable.
