About LightGraphix
LightGraphix design and manufacture lighting for architectural, marine and display use. Founded in 1979, we now have over 40 years’ experience in the lighting industry, and we have built a reputation for high quality, well-made and innovative products backed up by efficient and reliable customer service. The company has seen significant growth over the last few years and our headcount has doubled in size. We currently employ around 105 employees.
We work with some of the top lighting designers around the world, and many of our products have been developed in consultation with them. We are very proud that all our products are manufactured in the UK, which helps us ensure innovation, quality, flexibility on delivery and the production of custom fittings. We have supplied lighting for a wide variety of projects throughout the world, with 50% of our production now exported.
About the Role
To deliver the day-to-day marketing activity that supports LightGraphix’s brand, product launches, exhibitions, and upcoming rebrand. This role provides hands-on execution across digital, content, and communications, ensuring a consistent presence and supporting the marketing manager and the department’s strategic development.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and deliver the social media content calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram), ensuring posts are timely, accurate, and aligned to brand tone.

Track and report competitor activity across social media, digital content, and campaigns.

Maintain a monthly press and blog calendar, ensuring a steady rhythm of news, features, and thought leadership.

Update and maintain the LightGraphix website, including product pages, news, and project features.

Write and deliver newsletters, press releases, blog posts, and case studies.

Mine the projects/case studies pipeline by working with the wider team to identify, gather, and develop material for marketing use.

Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, including logistics, collateral, and communications.

Assist in maintaining internal marketing systems (DAM, brand guidelines).

Assist with the upcoming LightGraphix rebrand project, including rollout of new assets and ensuring consistency across channels.

Collaborate with the in-house Graphic Designer to brief, coordinate, and deliver creative assets.

Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager (content creation, research, reporting, project delivery).

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

Degree from a marketing, business, graphics or journalism-related discipline or 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in design, lighting, or architecture-related industries.

Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different channels.

Experience managing social media calendars and platforms.

Competence in website CMS (WordPress or equivalent) and email marketing tools.

Good eye for design and detail; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva desirable.

Organised and efficient: able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines calmly.

Collaborative and has experience working with designers, press contacts or external agencies an advantage.

A proactive mindset, with both creative flair and a methodical way of working.

A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and is comfortable working as part of a small, specialist team.
