Technical Committee membership is open to UK based staff of LIA Full Members who are interested in contributing to and taking an active part in the technical work of LIA, or to external experts whose input and knowledge would be beneficial to the work of the Technical Committee. For the Emergency Lighting TC you should preferably be a member of ICEL. To keep the size of Technical Committees manageable they are generally limited to one representative per member company. Applications for Technical Committee membership should be made to the LIA technical team (Lawrence Barling and Krish Govinden) stating which committees you would like to be a member of. The Technical Committee Chair, in consultation with the LIA Technical Managers, consider all nominations for Technical Committee membership.
