Zumtobel Announce Corporate Partnership with Alzheimer’s Research UK
Zumtobel Group UK are delighted to announce they will be working in partnership with Alzheimer’s Research UK. This partnership will play a vital role in supporting the very important work the charity does to bring about life-changing treatments for dementia, as well as engaging with employees to get them working together to raise money and increase awareness of this condition.
There are currently 850,000 people in the UK living with the dementia, yet there are currently no treatments to slow, stop or prevent the diseases, like Alzheimer’s, that cause it.
Alzheimer’s Research UK is the leading dementia research charity, funding world-leading research to better understand, diagnose, treat and reduce the risk of dementia.
Matthew Boucher, Managing Director of Zumtobel Group UK and Ireland commented:
“We are delighted to be involved in this very worthwhile charity and will shortly be announcing a series of fundraising events to support this within our Spennymoor and Chalfont St Peter offices”.
Vicky Lake, Corporate Partnerships Manager at Alzheimer's Research UK, said:
“We’d like to say a huge thank you to Zumtobel Group UK for supporting Alzheimer's Research UK. It’s thanks to the incredible support of our Partner, that we will make breakthroughs possible and transform the lives of everyone impacted by dementia. We’re so excited to work with Zumtobel Group UK and can’t wait to see what they achieve!”
